This luxury villa located in the posh area of Panchvati Society, Rajkot has a grand view of front side of the elevation. This west facing residence is planned with "The box Design" concept, which take full benefits of natural lighting in every area of house. It's surroundings being rather unremarkable, the USP of the house needed to, thus, come from the house itself. Luxury combined with contemporary style defines the interiors. Simple and plain walls were kept away as to match the brief of the client, which was to make a grand home with ethnic feel.
From the first meting, Mr. Hemantbhai Sitapara had modest requirements, he was very impress with our work and had full faith in our capabilities and design innovation, which giving us freedom to design. Vaastu compliance was an important factor for him, and this was taken into consideration from the very beginning.
The ground floor is planned with a living room, dining area, family room, first Master Bedroom, additional Parents Bedroom, Mandir, kitchen and a courtyard. All the loose furniture in living and dining area are matched to this concept. Staircase designed in the center of the house acts as a focal point with high ceiling and decorative glass handrails and dark marble used for the steps.
First floor has been divided into two masses on either side of the court are connected with a passage. This sky lit passage is completely glazed on center of staircase and living area. First floor has four spacious bedrooms while the second floor is planned with utility spaces like formal seating area, and a terrace garden in the front.
All the rooms have been designed in rich veneers for wall paneling, wardrobes and walk-in closets for a luxury feel. Marble cladding on the columns gives an aesthetic look. All the doors in the interiors have simple and grand look. Draperies and furnishings selected for the interiors ads up to the concept of contemporary style with rich feel.
