The sea resort has five stars and is located in a richly landscaped park environment on the very shore of the Athos. It consists of separate buildings that are scattered over a large area. Near the hotel building are 13 luxury bungalows, a pool bar with glittering infinity pools, children's zones, sports and social facilities, sandy beach, tavern and parking area.

The design of the complex aims to preserve the spirit of the original architecture with its religious and cultural regional characteristics, with all the most modern functional and aesthetic understandings.
