The architecture competition in Oman concerns the design of a multi-residential complex consisting of five three-storey villas set in a green and natural environment. A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere is created. The central element of this complex is a large swimming pool consisting of three rectangular elements, which provides a space for relaxation and socialising. The facades of the villas are a combination of classical, the archetypes of Arab culture, and modern. They feature large windows, allowing plenty of natural light into the living spaces and creating a visual connection to the outdoors. The windows can also offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, emphasising immersion in nature. In addition, the villas are equipped with loggias that provide an area of shade and protection from the sun, creating comfortable outdoor spaces for the inhabitants. One of the villas is designed as a much larger residence, with a guest villa and club inside, while the other three smaller villas follow a similar module, ensuring aesthetic harmony within the complex. This design approach provides a variety of living options, adapting to the needs of the future inhabitants. The villas, with their three floors, offer ample living space and allow for a functional distribution of night and day areas, the latter being very large to ensure comfort and well-being, versatility of spaces, but above all to encourage socialisation and interaction between people. The entire complex is immersed in a green environment, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for the inhabitants. The architectural design of the villas aims to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, making the most of the natural beauty of the area.

Large windows allow views of the greenery and create a visual connection to the surrounding garden.
