New fast food concept with central bar:
"Mûre" is a brand new fast food concept where product quality is paramount. Everything is homemade, with special care given to recipes products mostly organic, local and artisanal, and changed daily.
This required an innovative decoration, warm, welcoming, to meet this great initiative of its creator Arnaud Dalibot.
The concept generated here is simple: a central counter around which the consumer walks while doing dishes input choices, desserts and drinks (homemade) that the staff serves as a beautiful wooden tray. The customer then has the choice to eat in or takeaway. Naturally the space is then divided into two distinct main areas: the counter part, a bit remote, closer to the kitchen, tiled small white tiles and surrounded by snap standing in thick and rough oak against the walls of pregnant, with its custom designed desk, topped with a set of metal shelves deliberately left very fine and gross; and a lounge area, at the entrance and behind the window, provides welcome customers at table at meals and even all day version coffee shop, or brunch.
This one takes the code of gross tray tables bistro feet repainted white for the baroque wink. But more cozy, the walls are seen with a lovely wallpaper, upholstered benches and beautiful custom. The wood and white lacquered metal suspensions blend perfectly into the universe coffee shop Blackberry. The front has been completely redone so as to fully open the entire length of the restaurant with its "gigantic windows." White for freshness, renewal, and a terrace furniture choices repainted in warm yellow gives visual and commercial identity facade.
Between the counter and the kitchen, a small conservation studio for spices, yoghurt, fermentation, etc., was designed in the manner of a small metal workshop with bay windows recall the storefront.
