A modern working environment with a high level of comfort

This project involved the partial refurbishment of an existing building in Gisikon, Switzerland. The objectives were clear:

- Create a modern, visually appealing workspace
- Ensure a high level of indoor comfort

To achieve this, we implemented a fully integrated climate system combining ventilation, cooling and smart control.

Our climate solution

The system was designed so that all components work together smoothly. The key elements include:

 GOLD ventilation units – deliver consistent, high air quality
 Barcol-Air climate ceiling systems – provide efficient heating and cooling
WISE control system – adapts to real usage
Bluebox chiller – provides reliable, energy-efficient cooling

This coordinated approach reduces interface complexity and supports stable, efficient operation.

Challenges and results

One of the main challenges was the tight timeline: from initial design to handover, the project was completed in just ten weeks.

This was only possible through close coordination and a clear, solution-driven approach from the start. The result is a flexible system that automatically adjusts to users’ needs while maintaining a consistently comfortable indoor climate.
