This building has been designed as a high quality energy efficient ESD building intended to project the character and brand of an International Corporate occupant.

The objective of the design has been to achieve large floor plates providing the highest possible performance and efficiency. This has been achieved through the selection of the floor plate dimensions together with the design and positioning of the internal cores which maximise the internal logistical efficiency of the buildings.

The buildings feature hi-performance glazing to all elevations, with solar shading to the east, north, and west elevations to provide a high degree of relief from excessive solar gains, while maintaining a ‘corporate’ and sophisticated external appearance.
