The plan includes the realization of 37 apartments, divided over two buildings, and six terraced houses at the rear of the site. In addition, a basement with storage spaces will be built to increase the living comfort and functionality for the residents.

The former Drukkerij Gianotten, a household name in Tilburg, was located at this location for more than a century before it closed its doors in 2020.
