The project is a residential housing development in a limited space area, with a land size of 320 square meters. The main design challenge was to accommodate 6 bedrooms and include a swimming pool area. The project required dividing the various spaces vertically and ensuring interconnected spaces on each floor.

To address this concept, we utilized the design of a central staircase as a focal point to connect the spaces of the house, avoiding excessive division between each floor. Additionally, we eliminated walls separating different activities within the house on floors 1-2, allowing shared usage and communal activities among family members.

The primary structural material used in the building design is steel framework, which meets the needs of the relatively narrow space and requires quick construction.
