Officia I, which dates back to 1975, has been renovated completely. Installations, ceilings, lifts, elevations were restored, as a result of which a completely new building arose, which meets the present and future demands. During the renovation the users of the building had to be able to keep on working , which required specific measures with regard to building technology and construction.
