Originally named ‘One Tree House’, this house is designed around the solitary tree found on the site at the time of the conceptual design. The layout broadly divided the house into two wings: the parents are housed in the main block facing the road, while the children’s wing is laid out in a linear block perpendicular to the road. Both wings have a view of the garden. The roof form is designed to be in keeping with the kampong houses in the neighborhood.
