The architectural and energy recovery intervention concerns the ground floor of a building belonging to the same property.

The space redistribution and interior design project follows the desire to restore the original identity of the rooms made available, trying to preserve as much as possible the peculiarities of the elements that make up the space.

In addition, the recovery in question was also designed for a very good level of energy enhancement, to ensure a high state of comfort inside the rooms through strategies of environmental sustainability.

A very important aspect of the project concerns the relationship of harmony and contrast created between the various doors, entrances and openings of the entire apartment.

In fact, the four original doors in the central hall that have been recovered and restored stand in strong relationship with the new, extremely modern doors in the other rooms, creating a sharp contrast between the recovery of the original and the contemporary intervention.
