The Parati building, located on Orosimbo Maia Avenue in Campinas, was built in the 1990s and features various elements that harken back to its time, such as chamfered floor plans and trapezoidal shapes.
The project was designed for a single client without children, operating within a tight budget and focused on daily living, avoiding structural changes and reorganizing spaces while taking advantage of existing cabinets in the area.
With a desire to maintain the slate floor and incorporate various plant species, along with a preference for visual cleanliness and monochromatic tones, the project was conceived for this 55m² apartment.
