Initially, when the employer approached us for this project, the dimensions of the site were very limited. Therefore, considering the site's slope and surrounding roads, suitable accesses were determined first. Then, the required spaces and functions of the employer were distributed into a two-story volume with a contour matching the site's slope. General functions were placed on the first floor, while specific functions were situated on the second floor.

Recognizing the site's potential and utilizing different quality perspectives around the project, we decided to introduce a rotation on the second floor and create terraces in suitable locations, offering views of the forest in the northern front and the Alamkooh mountain range in the south. To establish a connection and harmony with nature, sloping roofs and inclined walls were incorporated within the structure. Additionally, we chose white color for the facade to minimize contrast with the surrounding environment, especially during winter.

Since the distance between the building and the western thoroughfare was very small, we opted to create a privacy wall on the western front, and by incorporating openings in the wall, we aimed to maintain the terrace views towards the west. Furthermore, this wall was transformed into a feature at the entrance of the parking area, along with water basins, enhancing the definition of the entrance.

During the construction of the project, we acquired the neighboring land and integrated it into the site. As per the employer's decision, the parking area was relocated to the new land.
