For the penthouse in the historic villa — rebuilt entirely in its original style at Park Zuidereng in Bennekom — the complete interior design was developed: a new kitchen design, generous seating areas in the living room, and a reconfigured layout in the right wing with a focus on functionality and elegant sight lines.
The collaboration began early in the construction process, allowing the final layout to be determined in consultation with the building team — from the electrical plan and wall configuration to the complete lighting design, including fixtures and material choices. The result is a calm and refined interior in which light, natural materials, and clean lines come together to create a timeless, harmonious living environment, with a well-balanced sense of openness and privacy.
