The “Pixelator!” is a modern interpretation of traditional dutch tiles and their use in architecture. The design plays off of a regular grid that is morphed and scaled from the edges to the center. The pixels are all different colors, shapes and sizes representing Aludesign’s technology of high-res image printing. The design does not attempt to portray or display a realistic image but instead is an abstract representation of the product’s capacity for image generation.
