In one of the historic squares in the center of Rome, which it housed the famous Bar Camilloni, opens Platz Grand Bistrot. The restaurant, set on two levels and with a large outdoor area, meets different food service needs from the simply taste a good coffee, till a fusion cooking, within a local of eclectic style with a flavor of a tropical bistrot.

The project has been able to renew the indoor environments without changing their identity. The ground floor hosts the bar and the delight’s corner divided into a dual counter, that develops for the entire length of the room up to the entrance window. The first counter, made in wooden and brass is properly destinated to the bar, the second, in the window, is a delights’ peninsula. Opposite to the bar is the "casual lounge", with recovery seats enhanced by precious designer fabrics in an eclectic mix.

Upstair, on the second floor, the wallpaper with large banana leaves and exotic animals animate the bistrot rooms, creating an unusual background to new attractive seats and recycled furniture. The stair is the transitional element between the two scenarios and the wall’s yellow color warm and bright, frames a series of black and white images that pleasantly accompany the visitor to the upper rooms.
