Polesa Park is a large-scale, mixed-use industrial campus in the Guadalajara region of Jalisco, developed for Grupo Polesa. The master plan integrates a corporate CDT and Human Resources building, a large personnel-control and locker facility, a multilevel security gatehouse, warehouse and recycling areas, and parking infrastructure for approximately 400 cars, 26 buses and 350 motorcycles—all organized around the daily movement of an industrial workforce.

FORMM developed the architectural executive project as a fully coordinated Revit model, combining architectural, structural and MEP documentation for every building with site-wide hydraulic infrastructure. This scope included redesigning and channeling an existing irrigation canal that crosses the property, integrating water-management works into the overall master plan.

The personnel-control and locker building is organized with the operational clarity of an airport: pre-entry queues, biometric validation, X-ray inspection lanes and CCTV monitoring make large shift changes more fluid and dignified. Corporate offices, a training center, dining areas and worker services give the industrial site the spatial quality of a campus. The coordinated BIM model supports cost control, clash-free engineering and an evolving digital twin as construction advances.
