Rize Industrial Park rethinks the conventional logistics campus outside Guadalajara by transforming its main entrance into a landscaped corporate and community hub. Rather than treating access as a purely operational threshold, FORMM organized the arrival sequence as a compound where security, shared amenities and administrative spaces establish a strong identity for the development.
The landscape strategy is central to the project. Generous planted areas improve the daily experience of workers while helping reduce dust generated by truck movement and offsetting part of the site’s environmental impact. Shaded spaces and common areas create places for rest and informal interaction within an otherwise highly functional industrial setting.
A cost-conscious material and planning strategy maximizes visual impact while controlling construction expenditure. Efficient openings, consolidated volumes and a restrained palette of concrete, steel and dark cladding give the campus a durable architectural presence. The resulting project combines warehouse efficiency with a more comfortable, recognizable and forward-looking workplace environment.
