Located in the core of the Toronto Port Lands next to the Downtown Core, the Operations and Maintenance Facility was designed by Cumulus Architects. The small building provides workshops for the Works and Environmental Services Departments, as well as a small office space and a kitchen. 

Interior shots aim to capture the various spaces in use, including the beautiful skyline views available in some areas. Drone photography was included to provide some context to the building, with the proximity to downtown to the north and Lake Ontario to the south.
