Prestige Falcon City is designed around the concept of a 'Walkable Neighbourhood' which places importance on pedestrian spaces. The development comprises of residential towers, office spaces, retail areas, schools, a music academy, a club house and other facilities spread across 51 acres, mimicking the layout of a city. The site constraints were addressed with thoughtful design interventions that adhered to the revised master plan and national building codes. The aim was to create an environment that fosters active, iconic, valuable, and sustainable communities.

By minimizing ground coverage, the distinctive arrangement of the residential towers results in expansive landscaped communities and open areas. The cross-shaped architecture of the buildings effectively utilizes the surrounding environment, allowing for ample lighting and ventilation within the residential units.

The design language of the project incorporates both simplicity and innovation, with the building's massing being driven by its intended purpose. The façade design employs formal composition techniques, resulting in sleek and sophisticated towers featuring a vibrant yet harmonious color palette. By playing with light and shadow, the exterior and interior are connected, resulting in a captivating facade.

The development is brought together by landscaping, which includes expansive community gardens, cascading waterfalls, bridges, bodies of water, amphitheatres, sports clubs, and pools, providing shared spaces that encourage socialization and foster a communal atmosphere.

Within the project, there is an extensive clubhouse, an entertainment area, and a spacious cultural and convention center that adheres to global standards. Each element has been meticulously designed to ensure a superior living experience that is seldom found elsewhere.
