The proposed design represents one of the popular styles found in contemporary private architecture, which is contemporary minimalism. This style is characterized by simple geometric forms, minimal decorative elements, and the use of modern materials such as glass, steel, concrete, ceramics, and wood. This design combines classical elements with modern designer solutions, creating unique and aesthetically appealing facades. The house features two floors, an integrated garage, and a large private terrace.
This house is designed with a self-sustainability system that allows the owners to be independent from external factors. It utilizes solar panels located on the roof of the house to harness solar energy, a private well for high-quality water supply, a modern independent sewage system, a heat pump, and a range of other modern engineering solutions. These not only reduce energy costs but also help minimize the house's impact on the environment.
