A modern apartment, with a clear architectural base, but with splashes of color and whimsical decor.

In architecture, we value something very neutral, with burnt Portobello cement floors and oak joinery (in the living room), which is a light wood tone. For the modern feel, we wanted dark touches in both the architecture and furniture. This certainly brought relevance to the project.

Bearing in mind that every decision in the project was aimed at the ease/maintenance of everyday life, especially with the cats, who are the stars of the apartment. The landscaping part too, as many plants are toxic to pets. So, together with the landscaper, we choose everything.
