The start point of the project was the integration of the environments with the structure of the apartment, which has many pillars, and also the position and shape of the stair, from the beginning was the client's desire: a sculptural, modern and different stair. Contemporary, functionality, integration, comfort and natural light: the project’s highlights. A palette with neutral tones, the use of wood, cement, leather and occasional touches of earthy tones bring a harmonious, cozy and contemporary atmosphere that we are looking for.

The clients were aware that it would probably be necessary to demolish everything and build everything new, and so it was done. It was necessary to change the position of the stairs, redo the roofs, change all the frames and the plumbing and electrical parts of the apartment. The clients requested that the entire social area, kitchen, laundry and a suite, be on the lower floor, they needed to have a home office, mini pantry and three suites on the upper floor, the master suite with a generous closet and the two daughters' suite with an integrated layout but built in a way that it will be divided in the future so that each daughter has her own bedroom and bathroom, so we designed two entrance doors to the room, two bathrooms, closets on both sides of the room, two air conditioning units, separate lighting circuits so that in the future only a drywall separation wall will be built and the headboard wall of the two bedrooms will be redone, the clients loved the solution, which was super functional for the present and future. Another request from the clients was to bring warmth and light to the apartment that they thought was dark, integrate the kitchen with the social area and have a gourmet area with a barbecue, a good island and plenty of space to welcome family and friends in comfort. We are able to meet all customer requests.
