A New Skyline for Dublin Docklands

Dublin's docklands have long been characterized by a uniform skyline and large building volumes. At Quayside Quarter, we have taken a playful approach, breaking down the skyline and volumes to a more human scale, and introducing a diversity of expressions in the building designs. With over 15 different building designs, our challenge was to achieve a harmonious result that balances the diversity and unity of design, resulting in a skyline that is both captivating and contemporary.

Materiality: A Unifying Design Element

At Quayside Quarter, the use of bricks in combination with different window framing, balcony details, pointing, and metal colors unifies the building designs. This thoughtful use of materials creates a cohesive aesthetic that echoes the docklands' industrial heritage while infusing a sense of modernity. Additionally, the opening up of the two closed city blocks allows for long views of the river and ample sunlight penetration into the quarter, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

Experience the Perfect Blend of Past and Present at Quayside Quarter

Quayside Quarter offers a truly unique living experience that brings together the heritage of the docklands with modern design sensibilities. With its diverse range of building designs, unified materiality, and thoughtful attention to details, Quayside Quarter is a place where you can belong to a vibrant community while enjoying the best of contemporary living. Come and be a part of this extraordinary development that embraces the past, present, and future of Dublin's docklands.
