Modern style house  with a total area of 318m2 is built in a green area of Vilnius. The building is organically composed on the natural terrain of a medium size plot (1200m2) creating a functional and aesthetic  form.

The Architectural volume includes all rooms and functional areas necessary for a comfortable life. House is divided into two levels: entrance level from the street and second - courtyard level.  A garage, sauna and technical facilities are designed on the ground floor. All living spaces are on the second floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes . Most of rooms overlook the courtyard.

One of the main features of this project is that the house works as a barrier from the street, orienting main spaces towards inner patio. The L shaped second floor forms a cozy private courtyard for residents and their guests, subtle landscaping supplements modern design strict geometry of shapes and lines.

Dark facades create a calm palette of natural shades and textures. Natural long lasting materials are used for exterior:  stone, concrete, panoramic glazing.
