REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON A SERVICE STATION

The project was created to improve and redevelop pre-existing spaces, redefining the entire area in a new and functional way. The body of the building, facing the street, blends in architectural harmony with the previous structure, increasing its commercial area. On the rear part, an additional volume was added, with the doubling of the current surface. A perforated wall places the architectural and innovative attention of the project. This element finds the idea of ​​a waterfall possible. All systems are positioned and shielded on the roof. The side openings will be protected by pergola elements, with parking lots and green areas.
