Regus HP Tower

Regus HP Tower

FVA as Architects

Located at the harbour of Wellington - New Zealand, Regus HP Tower - Featherston Street is recognised as one of Wellington's prime office towers and is the only office space in the city that has a world class hotel integrated within the complex. The buildings waterfront location and unique shaped building design maximises the close-up views of the sparkling harbour and the inner city central business district.

D&P/ FVA designed the 15th floor of the building which provide 997 sqm of private and open office. The new space standards and planning principles reduce the number of enclosed offices, increase open office areas and accommodate easy reconfiguration for evolving workplace needs. The design of these spaces is modern and light-filled, featuring glass walls to maximize habour views. The focal point of attention is brick panels to create the new atmosphere of office space in Wellington. It is an eye-catching way to decorate an office.

The primary materials of this palette are taken from strong and elegant such as laminate on the Reception desk/ Backdrop and rubber floor through all the corridors in dark color and rough finishes. The murals are inspired by the city in which the building help dramatically change the look and feel of the space.
