A new type of residential complex is under construction in Moscow by Russia’s Pioneer Group under the brand LIFE - Botanichesky Sad (Botanical Garden). The new sales office of this residential district has been designed by the renowned architectural company - Nikken Sekkei (Japan). The design concept, chosen by Japanese architects, is «green corner in the city center». It is reflected not only in the residential district, but also in the new innovative sales office, filled with the spirit of Far-Eastern philosophy. Reception area is decorated by the «phytowall» with live plants and with Pioneer Group`s logo. This element in the form of interior vertical gardening is not only playing decorative role, but also makes the air more fresh and moist (due to the natural functions of plants). For the phytoactive lighting are functioning LED-spotlights FLIPPER LED (by MDM-LIGHT) with a color temperature of 4000 K, sufficient for the processes of photosynthesis. A special place in the interior takes a detailed architectural model of residential complex LIFE - Botanichesky Sad with built-in touch-monitors, that allow potential buyers to know all the details about the new residential area. This model is illuminated by the suspended ring-shaped LED-luminaire hoop!50 (by MDM-LIGHT) with a diameter of 3 m.
