A house kissed by the sun, where light filters and expands through the windows and the large windows of the entrances, finely decorated with white windows, which open onto the private garden. A dwelling where to take refuge, welcomed by the soft elegance generated by the combination of a refined and minimalist contemporary. The villa, owned by a couple, develops an airy living area, in which the living and the kitchen are connected by the passages made in the elegant dividing structure. With the doors open, the living room with sofas and armchairs, welcomes the comfort of the classic style furnishings and is amplified using the representative dining table; on the other hand, the kitchen benefits from the warmth and scenography of the outdoor garden. Instead, behind closed doors, the space of the dining room grants the intimacy dictated by the ordered natural oak complements, the essential shapes of the service table and the finish of the walls.
In turn, the living room is enclosed in the relaxing atmosphere of natural light that filters through the large windows of the garden and the fireplace covered with marble slabs. The mood adopted in the convivial spaces then continues in the sleeping area, where we find the same covering as the wengè parquet floors, used for the entire villa. In the master bedroom again the industriousness of the carpentry prevails in the creation of the walk-in closet. The doors, inserted in the sand-colored lacquered paneling, close and hide the cabinets, maintaining order and a measured tonal balance with the colors of the surrounding walls.
An intense color scheme also colors the bathroom, where the essentiality of the furnishings becomes harmony. The sleeping area is completed with the rooms for the couple's daughters, and two bathrooms treated with a mosaic covering of different colors. Climbing up a wengè and steel staircase, which connects the sleeping area to the attic, we find ourselves in an open space characterized by an exposed laminated wood roof.
