Around the basalt rock of the Beilstein in the Spessart, the legend of a blue “wonder flower” has grown. This very legend is what LINA’S draws upon. Named after Grandma Lina, whose recipes have been passed down through generations and continually refined, the restaurant at the golf course in Jossgrund celebrates the culinary treasures of the region: authentic, honest German cuisine shaped by tradition and craftsmanship, with regional and healthy produce and ingredients.
The design with regional materials reflects this attitude: broomsticks as wall panels are a nod to the Strauss family craft of broom making, while natural materials like oak wood, shell limestone, and basalt – all from the region – define the interior.
The flower logo, used as a recurring motif, alludes to the legend and makes the story tangible.
At the heart is the open kitchen, which conveys transparency and showcases culinary craftsmanship. Large windows and a winter garden allow plenty of natural light and create an open, airy atmosphere.
A walk-in wine cabinet integrates harmoniously into the overall concept as a functional highlight. The design aims for clarity, quality, and authenticity – understated elegance that keeps the focus on what really matters: culinary enjoyment in a contemporary, natural setting for lovers of fine cuisine.
