Ricoh's new 1,500 m² Amsterdam headquarters, located in the Keynes building, brings together Ricoh Europe and Ricoh Netherlands under one roof. Parella supported the full real estate strategy, from site selection through to the fit-out. The team chose a recently fitted building to keep construction work to a minimum, reducing both disruption and environmental impact, allowing the project to stay fully aligned to the group's CSR commitments.
Designed to reflect Ricoh's values of innovation, collaboration and responsibility, the space uses natural materials and biophilic design throughout to create a calm and productive atmosphere. The result is a workplace that brings two teams together in a shared environment that feels considered, purposeful and built to last.
