English language class rooms, built as an annex to the neighboring Fuji Kindergarten. The building height is no more than 5m, but there are seven floors. These are layered spaces with ceiling heights that only children can pass through. It was named "Ring Around a Tree" by Sir Peter Cook, when he visited the site. This is an allusion to the traditional English Song "Ring Around the Rosy" .
