The intervention consists in the restoration of a small brick building used as ordinary residential site in the town of Locri. The building has extensive disease with identifiable gaps, stains and efflorescence due to a consistent phenomenon of rising damp due to the failure of a drainage layer (crawl space) under construction. The moisture has permeated the walls and accentuate the crispness, shattering the plaster both internal and external, and distorting the internal fixtures. The processes that have been made have tended the ultimate resolution of the pathology ensuring the aeration of the attack on the ground of the building. The project consists of the expansion and internal redistribution of the furnishings of the living area by creating a niche that houses the couch and moving the cooker while in the sleeping area you have created new storage areas to support the existing furniture, given the small square footage of the building. The furnishings and colors enhance the playful aspect of the building that acquires light and originality.
