The project concerns the wider renovation of the architectural complex of the Venturini Baldini , which also includes Dimora Ancini and Villa Manodori, which has become a boutique relais nestled in the pristine hills of the Terre di Canossa.
The redevelopment project of the Limonaia sees it transformed into the luxury restaurant of the resort. The old iron and glass structure is kept in its entirety, as well as the original wrought concrete floor.

The suggestive structure is combined with iron furnishings, declined both in the counter service structures and in planters that separate the room from the service and kitchen areas.
The design involved all the furnishings, from the counter covered in glossy green cement tiles, to the choice of tables and chairs, up to the mise en place.
Particular attention was paid to the lighting design and to the choice of lights that would make the restaurant welcoming and evocative.
In the restroom, the wallpaper completely envelops the visitor in a suggestive space that evokes the original use of the structure.
