Ros Niyom is a contemporary Thai restaurant that celebrates the richness of traditional Thai cuisine through a refined and immersive hospitality experience. Inspired by the vibrant street culture and culinary heritage of Thailand, the project reinterprets familiar elements in a modern setting, creating a dining environment that feels authentic, welcoming and distinctly memorable. The design draws inspiration from the energy of Thailand's bustling streets, balancing bold visual character with a sophisticated material palette. Rich textures, warm lighting and carefully layered finishes create depth and atmosphere, while subtle cultural references provide authenticity without relying on literal interpretation. The result is a contemporary space that captures the spirit of Thai dining while remaining timeless and approachable.
