Situated along the Quanzhou City waterfront, this distinctive 100 meter tower will serve as the headquarters for HK Shangsheng Group. Comprising 46,500 sqm, the mixed-use facility provides office, retail, parking, and upper levels private club. Influenced by the nautical context, the building's shape expresses water's fluidity through a sinuously sculpted exterior form.

Emerging from the ground plane and linking with the waterfront, the commercial levels organically envelop the tower and eschew conventional 'block' podium typologies. This creates inviting building entries and a rooftop promenade culminating in a dramatic riverfront overlook. A geometric facade pattern changes in opacity vertically, ultimately dematerializing at the organically sculpted tower's top. The shaped plan provides dramatic vistas, creating an iconic silhouette for the headquarters.
