This project was designed for a developer for a 2 lot subdivision in Rye, NY. Given artistic freedom, the architect chose to design a classic shingle style home with extensive use of stone as a base which anchors the house.

The house is finished in a dark green trim, with deep red aluminum clad windows for a unique take on the classic shingle style palette.
