Sky Tower

Considered the most beautiful view of Balneário Camboriu, Brazil, the Sky Tower penthouse has a project signed by TKWS

The duplex's megaproject, designed by architect Rodrigo Wayhs, has an impressive 540 m² and views of the city's Ferris wheel and beachfront

In the heart of Balneário Camboriú, where luxury meets sophistication, a duplex that redefines the concept of extravagance stands out, overlooking the edge of Praia Central and the city's Ferris wheel. The rooftop of the Sky Tower building, situated in one of the most coveted locations in the city, is a true icon.

With an architectural proposal that materializes simple and elegant lines, TKWS, an architecture and interior design company for high-end real estate, founded in Balneário Camboriú (SC), delivered a project with marble floors and heated natural wood, with emphasis on a crystal onyx island with diamond cuts that refer to the natural glaciers of the Arctic. The color palette translates the antagonism between hot and cold.

Technologies, such as the inverted skirting board that appears embedded in the walls, are also evidenced by the LED lights that create intimate environments. Doors with hidden landmarks and floor-to-ceiling height give grandeur, spaciousness and lightness. On the ground floor of the duplex, three large glass cabinets built in MDF and natural cherry bring personality to the environment. In fact, one of them, through an intelligent system of sliding doors, serves to hide the barbecue and house a bar with a dry wine cellar.

The intimate settings are divided between two master suites and a private gym on the ground floor. Graphite and petrol blue tones predominate in the masculine space and create a perfect contrast with the feminine closet in coppery colors that highlight the separation of bags. Comfortable and modern intimacy emerges in the bathroom, which has a bench in the shower and a separate space for a bathtub, as well as a heated towel holder.

The duplex is fully automated with commands made by touch screen switches and an application that allows you to control the floor temperature, air conditioning, lighting, cameras, audio, video and other peripherals.
