The project reinvents the typical repetitive interpretation of this type of real estate development project to create a new language. And this is one of the fundamental reasons why these homes, along with their scale, materiality, and spatiality, feel homey, warm, welcoming, and supportive, far removed from fashion or era.

The project proposes an architecture that requires no embellishment, a bare architecture, one that makes the spatial and structural solution transparent. Resolved with first-rate materials and technological solutions.

The facades are a direct response to the needs of each space and its function, as well as their connection to the environment and relationship with the climate, but above all, a consequence of the building's bare structure, which is revealed as the final finish. Facing the Golf Course and receiving the best daylight, this facade opens completely to the east with large planes of glass, creating long-stay spaces to absorb the best views. The other façade, where the main entrance is located, is more protected from the sun. It prioritizes the entrance on the ground floor, and on the upper floors, it follows the logic of "no makeup," reaffirming its architectural personality without forced solutions.
More than a dwelling with classic and proper functioning, the project aims to be a response to a space capable of promoting a unique ecosystem in its daily life. In this way, it stimulates a lifestyle that connects with vegetation, light, and air quality, which is perceived as "Living in a house, with spacious rooms and spatial richness," generating a more natural atmosphere through its terraces and the projection with the golf course.

It can be read: lines of marked slabs, accompanied by linear planters interrupted by concrete ribs, which, along with the greenery, frame and give a disordered rhythm to the façade. These ribs run vertically through the building, creating a new presence in the environment, with a complete absence of a pre-prepared language.

The project is realized through four main elements: exposed concrete and wood, as noble materials, and vegetation and light, as the main components of the homes. In short: a rational architecture, a direct response to their needs, without cosmetics or forced solutions, which acquires a unique and exclusive personality.
