The nature of work is changing, being driven on both by technological advances and economic pressures. Spaces vision is that of a work club, targeting those who wish to work in a different way, in a different environment and with flexibility. Members have access to a range of work settings and social facilities that form a business club environment. It is an environment for single persons, start-up or medium size enterprises, backed up with the ability to also have a fixed office on one of the upper floors. In bringing to life their third, innovative project, the Spaces team again collaborated with the London-based architect Sevil Peach, who has focused most of her career in creating more humane and productive workplaces. Among her most distinguished projects that are worth mentioning are offices for Vitra, Sony, Mexx, Microsoft, Novartis and Tate Modern, among others.
