At the design kick-off for the 165-unit apartment building, the client requested a design unlike anything in the region. The building was to break all records for upscale apartment living from the offered amenities to the level of design and detail. The goal was to be a distinct market leader highlighting an effortless and sophisticated lifestyle for the movers and shakers.
The team’s deep experience in custom home and multi-family design paired with an understanding of the different Denver submarkets drove the designs. A classic color and finish palette with a modern edge was developed to provide a beautiful welcome and to stay current for years to come.
From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you are surrounded by luxury and modern conveniences. St Paul Collection blends practical comforts with graceful sophistication for a genuinely inspired lifestyle experience. Each residence is furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and finishes including custom cabinets, waterfall countertops and natural stone backsplashes, custom bleached oak hardwood flooring, and contemporary color palettes. The unit also boasts 10-12-foot ceiling heights, connoisseur kitchen with self-close drawers and doors, wine refrigerator and micro-wave drawers are all standards. To finish of the unit designs, in-home automation for light controls and roller shades come included standard as does 8’ solid core doors. The location affords spectacular city and mountain views – naturally all units except a few has private balconies.
