AGE 360 is the latest venture undertaken by AG7 Realty, a business boutique which unites the best professionals in the creative industry such as entrepreneurs, designers, architects, engineers, landscapers and consumers. The central concept in every project is to transform the way people live in the world.
The purpose of the AGE 360 Sales Stand project was to convey this same concept of going beyond aesthetic pleasure, providing a symbiosis between nature and the building. The chosen textures combine luxury with simplicity, bringing comfort to all of the environment. After all, the purpose is not only to boost sales and consumption, but to delight visitors in the same way as the final product, offering a glimpse of what the experience of living in an enterprise such as AGE 360 will be like.
The architect, as usual, sought to value natural materials. The use of American oak on the stairs - the focal point of the design and the first element to be noticed - as well as in all carpentry, provides a feeling of warmth, cosiness and hospitality. At the same time, paraná marble, used in the concierge area and in the gourmet space, brings freshness and sophistication to the environment. The Mr. Cryl floor offers an industrial and urban atmosphere, giving the space even more modernity; while the pillars and external walls in exposed concrete, characteristic of the AGE 360 design, grant the project timelessness.
A beautiful illuminated shelf with diversity of vegetation brings nature into the projected space, and makes reference to the vertical gardens which will be part of the final project. The internal partition between the meeting and support rooms is made of C.GLASS, providing a connection between spaces, and giving the design accessibility. Finally, the facade, finished in metallic structure and glass, offers even a greater connection between interior and exterior, bringing to the stand one more quality of the enterprise - the coexistence between nature and architecture, between that which will be built and that which is already existent .
In this project, the intention was to achieve a context-sensitive design, but simultaneously contemporary and innovative, creating a symbiosis between architecture and nature. Visitors are sure to feel welcome, and will perceive the essence of AGE 360, which comes down to physical, mental and social well-being
