The project is located in the ‘Urban Avenue’ area of ​​Rishon LeZion.
The project includes approx. 350 rooms designed for 520 tenants. Comprising three wings in different heights, a public roof level is designed for student amenities. 
The ground floor combines retail areas and a student club.
