OOIIO Architecture Studio completes the refurbishment of a residential building in Getafe, Madrid, to convert it into a Student´s Residence.
The building transformation has been designed to archieve a radical change through the least possible financial investment. Cheap and simple materials were used, with bright colors achieving a fresh and cheerful design effect.
Spatially, the building is now a "co-living" where public areas can be shared by variuos users, leaving the residents´rooms as intimate spaces.
