An old tavern in the center of Dolo, just steps from the Cathedral, has been completely renovated.
In the shadow of the bell tower of the Duomo di Dolo, where it is said that even today, on cold foggy nights, the ghost of Countess Dauli roams, is Studio Cacurio. Born from the conversion of the ancient Osteria Corona, after significant structural and functional works, the premises were also adapted for energy efficiency, making the building energy-autonomous. The building spans two levels: the ground floor is an open space that encourages innovation, creativity, and communication among people. The first floor houses two separate offices and services.

The original elements of the era, fortunately not heavily damaged, such as the brick masonry structures (both fired and unfired) and the wooden beams with "SEGNE DE CIASA," were preserved after proper consolidation and restoration. Other elements, such as the 1960s flooring and 1970s stairs, were replaced with quartz-dusted concrete on the ground floor and light grey resin on the stairs on the first floor. The only wall in "scorzoni" was preserved but unfortunately hidden for acoustic reasons. Internal comfort was ensured by the installation of a double-flow mechanical ventilation system (VMC) with thermodynamic heat recovery and a heat pump for the extracted air.
