The project involves the renovation and change of use of an anonymous agricultural warehouse, developed on a single level with an internal height of about 3.5 meters. The building is located in a flat green area, bordering agricultural and wooded land, benefiting from great privacy due to its distance from other surrounding buildings.

The aim of the project is to transform the property into a functional and contemporary space, adopting a minimalist vision that establishes a strong connection with the surrounding nature. The existing structure, although simple and devoid of decorative elements, was designed as a starting point for a design that emphasizes the essentiality and purity of the spaces.

The proposed finish for the building is exposed concrete, a material that enhances the rough and authentic character of the structure, while seamlessly integrating with the natural environment. The use of concrete, in particular, reflects the intention to maintain a direct dialogue with the rural context, avoiding excessive stylistic flourishes.

The interior of the building will feature spacious open-plan areas, with a functional layout that promotes flow and natural light. The surrounding green area will be enhanced with small landscaping interventions, creating an environment that encourages tranquility and direct contact with nature. In summary, the project aims to create a modern, minimalist retreat, in perfect harmony with the natural landscape.
