Client wanted luxurious student accommodation with maximum numbers of beds. Total of 80 bed accommodation we have designed. Mixed of private room to double bed to triple bed.
What were the key challenges?
Converting the old villa property to new luxury student accommodation also of this should happen in 75 calendar days.

Tiles, laminate, carpet, artificial grass, graphics, pavers, texture paint.
