DEXIA-BIL complex of five office buildings featuring auditoriums, restaurants and exhibition spaces. A sixth building is dedicated to the National Adult School (ENAD)

Located on a site known as the “Red Lands,” the tower stands as a red enamelled banner, evoking the former steel production activities of this 200-hectare industrial brownfield released by ArcelorMittal.
