The South façade, located along Avenue Louis Bréguet — a major axis characterized by heavy traffic — strongly asserts the building’s presence.

It follows the natural curvature of the site and expresses the project’s principal volumes, notably the stage and stage tower of the main hall, as well as the large rehearsal and dance studios.

In contrast, the North façade, facing the Place des Arts, the Stadium, and the town center, adopts a softer and more fluid architectural language.

Defined by a supple geometry and a largely glazed surface, it acts as a true showcase for the center, open and welcoming toward the surrounding public spaces.
