The eye of the Tiger

KNS Architects as Architects

Overlooking the lush green landscape, this apartment design of a young entreprenuer expresses a powerful visual story upon entry. The design incorporates a kaleidoscope of colours derived from the natural landscapes, which intermingle harmoniously in to the spaces.

For someone who loves movies, music and entertaining, the homeowner wanted an apartment that’s casual for him and his friends to enjoy a relaxed yet sophisticated evening.

We took his passion for art and culture and merged it into the design of each space.  Youthful exuberance paired with functionality were the key components for the entire scheme, furniture chosen add to the overall impersonal fun vibe.

The living space features an accent wall of a custom designed wall paper of a Bengal Tiger.  The apartment is richly layered and textured with a judicious mix of custom furniture, furnishings and artwork.

For the master bedroom the earthy shell has been given a vibrant touch in the form of red wall paper and blue bed. The feel of the space is rustic with a relaxed casual vibe.

The sprawling master bath is infused with natural light and tropical trees to enliven the spaces.
